Accepted Answer

Genera Corporation's green card commitment rate is 100%, calculated by dividing the number of PERM green card filings by the number of new H-1B employment and transfer positions. A higher percentage indicates the company is more likely to sponsor employees for permanent residency rather than keeping them on temporary work visas.
