The employer-sponsored green card process has three main stages: PERM labor certification with the DOL (6–18 months), I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS (4–6 months, or 15 days with premium processing), and adjustment of status or consular processing. Climax Molybdenum Company's median PERM processing time from filing to decision has been 469 days. Accepted Answer

Climax Molybdenum Company's green card commitment rate is 20.7%, calculated by dividing the number of PERM green card filings by the number of new H-1B employment and transfer positions. A higher percentage indicates the company is more likely to sponsor employees for permanent residency rather than keeping them on temporary work visas.
