Yes. SFA has filed 50 H-1B Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) with the Department of Labor, covering 50 total positions. The median salary for sponsored positions is $69,185.

Question 2

Does SFA sponsor green cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SFA has filed 10 PERM labor certification applications for employer-sponsored green cards, with a 100% approval rate. The median processing time from filing to decision has been 471 days. See the Green Cards tab for full PERM filing details.

Question 3

How many visa workers does SFA sponsor?

Accepted Answer

SFA has filed 50 LCAs covering 50 H-1B positions, and 10 PERM green card applications. The filing history chart above shows how SFA's sponsorship volume has changed over time. See the H-1B and Green Cards tabs for detailed breakdowns.

Question 4

How long does it take to get a green card through SFA?

Accepted Answer

The employer-sponsored green card process has three main stages: PERM labor certification with the DOL (6–18 months), I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS (4–6 months, or 15 days with premium processing), and adjustment of status or consular processing. SFA's median PERM processing time from filing to decision has been 471 days. For applicants from countries with visa backlogs like India and China, the wait for a visa number after I-140 approval can add years. The total timeline from start to green card is typically 1–5+ years.

Question 5

What is SFA's green card commitment?

Accepted Answer

SFA's green card commitment rate is 40%, calculated by dividing the number of PERM green card filings by the number of new H-1B employment and transfer positions. A higher percentage indicates the company is more likely to sponsor employees for permanent residency rather than keeping them on temporary work visas.
