Henry Lam

Henry Lam is the Head of Operations at Ellis, where he builds internal tools and processes to drive operational efficiency. Joining Ellis as its fourth employee, Mr. Lam has been instrumental in fostering the company's growth and operational excellence. Prior to his role at Ellis, Henry worked on the Partnerships team at SuperOrder (fka Forward Kitchens) where he successfully launched of over 75 restaurant brands across the United States during the challenging period of the pandemic. Our platform team builds the software and systems that help our legal team work faster and more efficiently.Mr. Lam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance as well as a certificate in Applied Statistical Analysis and Data Analytics from Chapman University.
