Dorothy Ren

Dorothy Ren is a Founding Engineer at Ellis, where she builds tools to help the legal team streamline visa application processes. With over a decade of experience working on early-stage startups, Dorothy brings diverse expertise across investing, product management, and engineering roles. Prior to Ellis, Dorothy served as a Product Manager at several New York-based startups, including Carefull, where she developed solutions for family financial management, and Chord, where she worked on e-commerce data platforms for DTC brands. She also provided strategic product consultation to one of New York City's top-ranked charter schools. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College.
